Recognizes the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) on the occasion of its 50th anniversary in 2025.

Notes that NCSL was founded in 1975 from the merger of three organizations serving state legislatures and is dedicated to serving state and territorial legislators and legislative staff.

Acknowledges NCSL's three core objectives: advance the effectiveness, independence, and integrity of state legislatures; foster interstate communication and cooperation; and ensure states have a strong voice in the federal system.

Commends NCSL for facilitating the exchange of ideas, providing research and information, and strengthening bonds between America's state legislatures and the international community.

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Chief Executive Officer of the National Conference of State Legislatures.
