Recognizes Chad Buck, founder and CEO of Hawaii Foodservice Alliance, LLC, for his disaster relief efforts following the August 9, 2023 Lahaina wildfires.

Credits Buck with founding HFA in 2002 and growing it into one of Hawaii's largest locally owned food distributors while donating up to $2 million annually to the Hawaii Foodbank and nonprofit organizations.

Acknowledges Buck's immediate response to the Lahaina wildfires, arriving on-site within hours with trucks of food, water, and supplies, and organizing the largest private industry response to a natural disaster in Hawaii's history.

Notes Buck's continued support of wildfire victims through delivery of millions of dollars worth of food, water, ice, and supplies via over 1,350 transports from the West Coast and between islands, distributing tens of millions of pounds of aid.

Extends the House's recognition and best wishes to Buck for his humanitarian efforts and community commitment.
