Authorizes the Speaker to expend funds appropriated for legislative and other expenses of the Thirty-second Legislature Regular Session of 2024 during the interim period.

Empowers the Speaker to contract, hire, and employ personnel for after-session work demands, including designating which House employees receive additional employment and approving new hires prior to the 2025 session.

Grants the Speaker authority to establish and approve standing, interim, select, investigative, and special committees with power to authorize meetings, determine member composition, issue subpoenas, and authorize committee expenditures.

Requires committees to submit a full report of all activities, findings, and recommendations to the Speaker periodically and to the Legislature within ten days after convening the 2025 Regular Session.

Authorizes the Speaker to approve the House Journal for any legislative day compiled as of the 60th session day, with all authority extending through January 15, 2025.
