Requests the Lieutenant Governor to establish a working group to evaluate opportunities for providing child care services at the Hawaii State Capitol for members of the public and legislative employees.

Working group tasked with determining necessary resources and funding for child care services and assessing suitable locations within the Capitol building.

Working group composition includes the Lieutenant Governor (or designee), one House member appointed by the Speaker, and one Senate member appointed by the Senate President.

Working group invited to include representatives from nonprofit organizations specializing in economic assistance for low-income individuals, child advocacy, and other relevant stakeholders.

Working group required to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 Regular Session convenes.
