Request the City and County of Honolulu to conduct a sidewalk feasibility study on Kalihi Street between Kamanaiki Street and Kalihi Valley Park to address safety and accessibility deficiencies.

Require the feasibility study to focus on removing telephone poles along this section of Kalihi Street and placing electrical and telecommunications wires underground.

Direct the City and County of Honolulu to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the convening of the Regular Session of 2025.

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu, the Chairperson of the Honolulu City Council, and the Director of the Department of Transportation Services.
