Urges the Department of Education to supply all public school classrooms with Narcan or another naloxone product by September 1, 2024

Cites over 80,000 opioid-related overdose deaths in 2020 and notes that naloxone administration can prevent opioid overdose deaths

Notes that naloxone has FDA approval, has been used by emergency medical services for over 40 years, and can be safely administered by persons with no medical training

References Honolulu ordinance section 34-16.2 requiring certain liquor-serving businesses to maintain two doses of naloxone on premises

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Superintendent of Education and Board of Education Chairperson
