Urges the Department of Agriculture, in conjunction with the Department of Health, to study and evaluate health-related and environmental impacts of glyphosate-based herbicide products.

Cites research linking glyphosate exposure in children to liver inflammation, metabolic disorders, and potential endocrine disruption, and notes the World Health Organization's determination that glyphosate is "probably carcinogenic to humans."

References peer-reviewed research suggesting glyphosate may contaminate groundwater and surface water through leaching and runoff.

Requires the Department of Agriculture and Department of Health to submit a report of findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2025.

Notes that multiple countries including Denmark, France, Germany, India, Mexico, and the Netherlands have banned or restricted glyphosate use due to environmental degradation and health risks.
