Urges state departments and agencies to enable employees to telework to the greatest extent possible and adopt telework policies that monitor employee productivity.

Requests each state department and agency compile a list of positions that can be fully or partially performed through telework and indicate how many such positions currently allow telework.

Requests each state department and agency compile a list of efforts undertaken to enable employees to telework more easily and frequently.

Requires state departments and agencies to submit their compiled lists to the Legislature prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2025.

Cites benefits of telework including attracting and retaining talent, improving government continuity during emergencies, reducing costs, decreasing traffic congestion, and enhancing employee work-life balance.
