Requests the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development and Land Use Commission to develop an integrated land use plan addressing competing state goals for agriculture, energy, housing, and climate adaptation.

Integrated plan must include land use data for agricultural, rural, and urban districts; analysis of agricultural lands needed for food sustainability goals; analysis of lands needed for renewable energy goals; analysis of land availability for affordable housing goals; and recommendations for sea level rise and climate change adaptation.

Plan should incorporate existing studies and serve as a guide for state planning and decision-making on agriculture, energy, and housing.

Requires submission of the integrated land use plan, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature by December 1, 2024.
