Requests the Department of Land and Natural Resources to clearly delineate or distinguish property boundaries between public hunting areas and private lands to prevent hunters from trespassing.

Addresses incidents where hunters have unintentionally or intentionally crossed onto private lands due to unmarked boundaries between hunting areas and private property.

Notes that hunters trespassing on private lands have resulted in livestock being killed.

Requests the Department consider designating lands that do not abut private lands as public hunting areas to avoid hunters crossing onto private property.

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
