Repeals Act 192 (2007), which required the Employees' Retirement System of Hawaii to divest from companies providing significant support for genocide in Darfur, Sudan.

Eliminates the requirement for the public fund to submit annual publicly available reports to the legislature regarding divestment status and related duties under Act 192.

Cites the October 11, 2017 Secretary of State notice that Sudan sustained positive actions, allowing general trade and business activities with Sudan entities.

References President Trump's October 26, 2020 certification that Sudan's government took demonstrable steps to cease atrocities, demobilize militias, allow humanitarian access, and cease terrorism support, resulting in rescission of Sudan's state sponsor of terrorism designation.

Takes effect upon approval.
