Eliminates the exemption for employees guaranteed $2,000 or more in monthly compensation from Hawaii's wage and hour law protections.

Extends minimum wage and overtime protections to previously exempt high-compensation employees under chapter 387, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Subjects employers of these workers to the recordkeeping provisions of Hawaii's wage and hour law.

Maintains all other existing exemptions including those for executive, administrative, and professional employees; agricultural workers; domestic service workers; and certain other classifications.

Takes effect on January 1, 2050.
