Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 508D-15 to require sellers of residential real property adjacent to the shoreline to disclose all permitted and unpermitted erosion control structures on the parcel or adjacent state land, including expiration dates and any violation notices.

Requires sellers to disclose annual coastal erosion rates for the zoning lot when that information is publicly available in official county databases.

Mandates disclosure of erosion control structure details including any notices of alleged violations, fines for expired permits, or unpermitted structures.

Applies to oceanfront properties as part of existing mandatory disclosure requirements that already cover sea level rise exposure areas, flood hazards, noise exposure, and tsunami inundation areas.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
