Requires domestic and foreign corporations authorized to conduct business in Hawaii that make more than $10,000 in independent expenditures and political contributions annually to disclose this information to shareholders in an annual report.

Corporations may report aggregate amounts with separate totals for independent expenditures, contributions to noncandidate committees, and contributions to candidate committees.

Reports must identify specific monetary or nonmonetary benefits that accrued to the corporation as a direct result of each category of expenditure or contribution, including identifying benefits as zero or unidentifiable.

Corporations may satisfy reporting requirements by delivering other reports that contain the required information in more detail, including reports filed with the campaign spending commission.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
