Public high school students with valid school identification cards shall be admitted free to school athletic events held at their enrolled school.

Department of Education shall direct all public high schools to offer physical tickets for purchase at school athletic events without additional fees or service charges.

Department of Education shall direct all public high schools to cap admission fees at a specified price per ticket after a certain number of tickets have been sold for each athletic event (specific dollar amount and threshold number of tickets left blank in bill text).

Act takes effect upon approval.
