Defines "health care worker" to include all employees and contractors of health care facilities or homes, including foster care homes.

Makes assault of a health care worker engaged in performance of duty a class A felony (increased from class B) when causing any bodily injury.

Makes terroristic threatening against a health care worker engaged in performance of duty at a health care facility or home a class A felony.

Clarifies that terroristic threatening includes threats made via direct personal contact, telephone, or any form of electronic communication.

Takes effect December 31, 2050.
