Amends Section 708-893, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to expand the offense of use of a computer in the commission of a separate crime to include violation of privacy in the first degree (Section 711-1110.9) and violation of privacy in the second degree (Section 711-1111).

Expands the list of offenses for which using a computer to identify, select, solicit, persuade, coerce, entice, induce, procure, pursue, surveil, contact, harass, annoy, or alarm a victim is prohibited to include privacy violations previously not listed.

Applies retroactively to rights and duties that matured, penalties incurred, and proceedings begun before the effective date.

Takes effect upon approval but automatically repeals on July 1, 2027, at which time the prior version of Section 708-893(1) is reenacted.
