Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-7.5 to allow supplemental information received within 48 hours of a board meeting to be added to the board packet.

Requires boards to provide prompt public access to any supplemental information added to the board packet.

Maintains existing requirements that board packets be available for public inspection no later than 48 hours before the meeting time.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
