Prohibits any person from advertising, displaying, or offering a price for rental or letting of transient accommodations or resort timeshare vacation units that does not include all government-imposed taxes and fees that renters or guests must pay.

Requires all advertisements for transient accommodations or resort timeshare vacation units to clearly and conspicuously display a price that includes all government-imposed taxes and fees.

Requires any taxes and fees displayed as a percentage of cost during a booking transaction to also be shown as a dollar amount at the time of purchase.

Applies to all booking transactions involving charges to consumers for rental or letting of transient accommodations or resort timeshare vacation units.

Takes effect on July 1, 2040.
