Office of Elections must file an application with Electronic Registration Information Center, Inc. (ERIC) by June 30, 2025, for Hawaii's admission as a member organization.

Office of Elections shall share ERIC information and services with each county and use them to verify voter registration rolls; each county election office must also use ERIC services to verify their respective rolls.

Office of Elections must take necessary actions to maintain Hawaii's membership with ERIC.

Office of Elections must request annual appropriations from the legislature beginning in fiscal year 2025-2026 to pay the State's annual membership dues to ERIC.

$125,000 is appropriated for fiscal year 2024-2025 to prepare and file the ERIC application and to send mailers to Hawaii residents with driver's licenses who are not registered to vote, encouraging voter registration.
