Requires the Department of Accounting and General Services to install at least one automated external defibrillator on each floor of every state building by January 1, 2025, with appropriate signage indicating their locations.

Mandates that the department notify emergency services providers of the existence, location, and type of each automated external defibrillator installed in state buildings.

Requires the department to provide training on automated external defibrillator use to employees of the Department of Accounting and General Services, Office of the Governor, Office of the Lieutenant Governor, State Legislature, Department of Education, Department of Law Enforcement, and Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, following American Heart Association or American Red Cross standards.

Requires the department to conduct periodic inspections to ensure all automated external defibrillators are maintained in operative condition and replaced or repaired when defective according to manufacturer guidelines.

Appropriates funds for fiscal year 2024-2025 for installation, maintenance, and training related to automated external defibrillators, with an effective date of July 1, 2112.
