Increases the annual bonus for public school teachers who maintain current National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification from $5,000 to $15,000.

Provides an additional $5,000 annual bonus for board-certified teachers working at focus, priority, superintendent's zone schools, schools with high turnover rates, or hard-to-fill schools.

Appropriates $4,000,000 out of general revenues for fiscal year 2024-2025 to fund the increased certification bonuses, effective July 1, 2024.

Maintains existing incentives of $1,500 upon completing all certification components and reimbursement of remaining application fees upon achieving certification.
