• Establishes a statewide human trafficking prevention program overseen by the Department of the Attorney General to address commercial sexual exploitation of children and human trafficking victims.

• Requires the program to assess anti-trafficking needs, develop prevention strategies, implement accountability measures for traffickers, promote public awareness, create informational materials, provide training, and apply for federal funding.

• Mandates all public officials and state and county departments provide necessary assistance and cooperation to share information with the program.

• Requires the Department of the Attorney General to submit reports to the legislature by January 2024 on commercial sexual exploitation of children and by January 2025 on human trafficking efforts, including data on victims, prosecutions, services provided, and recommendations.

• Takes effect December 31, 2050.
