Amends section 520-3 to reference section 520-5 (recreational use immunity) regarding land owner duty of care limitations for recreational purposes.

Amends section 520-4(a) to reference section 520-5 regarding liability protections for land owners who permit recreational use without charge.

Amends section 520A-3 to reference section 520A-5 (invasive species control immunity) regarding land owner duty of care limitations for invasive species eradication purposes.

Amends section 520A-4(a) to reference section 520A-5 regarding liability protections for land owners who permit invasive species control or eradication without charge, effective upon approval.
