Requires each county to adopt ordinances by June 30, 2025, mandating that subdividers and developers obtain county-approved street addresses and install mailboxes for all lots, parcels, structures, and units before sale or lease of properties in new subdivisions.

Applies to subdivisions not approved before July 1, 2025, and requires mailboxes to comply with United States Postmaster General standards and be approved by the local postmaster, including cluster box units.

Requires condominium maps recorded or registered after June 30, 2025, to include a mailbox plan showing the location of all mailboxes for all units in the condominium property regime.

Defines key terms including "mailbox," "mail," "street address," "subdivider," and "subdivision" for purposes of the statute.

Takes effect upon approval and does not affect rights, duties, or proceedings that matured or began before the effective date.
