• Allows the State Board of Nursing to charge different fees for registered nurses and licensed practical nurses holding multistate licenses issued by Hawaii, effective January 1, 2026.

• Requires nurses holding multistate licenses from other states employed in Hawaii healthcare facilities to complete demographic data surveys as a condition of employment, with employers reporting such employees to the Board within 30 days.

• Takes effect July 1, 2040, except the Compact provisions take effect January 1, 2026.
