Requires the Department of Education to work with the Board of Education to create a public digital dashboard by the 2025-2026 school year showing how schools statewide are adopting high-quality instructional materials for K-6 English language arts.

Dashboard should model digital curriculum visualization tools used in other states and provide a legend for curriculum ratings based on current reviews from EdReports or comparable sources.

Families must be able to easily navigate the dashboard to filter results by individual schools, with annual updates noting changes in curriculum adoption.

Requires the department to provide non-digital alternative access to the dashboard information for families.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
