Requires the Ombudsman to issue findings within an unspecified number of days after receiving a complaint against the Real Estate Commission regarding its duties to investigate condominium association complaints.

Clarifies that the Ombudsman is not established as an appellate authority for matters relating to the Real Estate Commission.

Adds a new duty to the Real Estate Commission's existing powers under section 467-4 while renumbering subsequent powers accordingly.

Takes effect upon approval.
