Requires all state building construction projects beginning on or after July 1, 2025 to include a bottle filling station wherever a drinking fountain is required.

Bottle filling station may be separate from or integral to a drinking fountain and can incorporate a water filter and cooling system for chilled water.

Station must be a plumbing fixture connected to potable water and sanitary drainage systems, designed for filling personal drinking water bottles at least ten inches in height.

Exempts state buildings where the responsible agency determines that compliance presents health, safety, or security risks to building users.

Takes effect July 1, 2112.
