Requires the Legislative Reference Bureau to study how six states (California, Delaware, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, and other relevant jurisdictions) approach condominium regulation including ombudsman positions, management licensing, dispute resolution, governmental oversight, owner education, and document access.

Study must include descriptive information about each jurisdiction's approach, identified strengths and weaknesses, and best practices for each subject area.

Legislative Reference Bureau must submit the report to the legislature and condominium property regime task force no later than twenty days before the 2026 regular legislative session.

Extends the condominium property regime task force's final report deadline and cessation date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026.

Appropriates $200,000 from general revenues for fiscal year 2024-2025 and $150,000 from the condominium education trust fund for the study, with funds transferred by the real estate commission to the Legislative Reference Bureau.
