Authorizes the Insurance Commissioner to disclose records submitted to the commissioner describing the name, title, or compensation of directors, trustees, officers, or employees of insurers, mutual benefit societies, health maintenance organizations, or dental insurers.

Allows disclosure of supplemental compensation exhibits and related compensation records for covered entities under chapters 431, 432 (article 1), 432D, and 432G of Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Provides that disclosure of such records shall not constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy under section 92F-13, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Takes effect upon approval.
