Establishes a Wildfire Mitigation Working Group consisting of government agency heads, legislative appointees, and industry representatives to develop a state wildfire mitigation plan and advise state agencies on wildfire safety and prevention efforts.

Working group shall identify wildfire-vulnerable communities and infrastructure, develop tax incentives and grant funding recommendations for private land fire risk reduction, create monetary support systems for public land management, and review available emergency resources.

Requires the working group to submit a state wildfire mitigation plan and report of findings and recommendations, including proposed legislation, to the legislature by December 1, 2026, and dissolves on December 31, 2026.

Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2024-2025 for administrative expenses of the working group, including one full-time equivalent administrative staff position, to be expended by the Department of Land and Natural Resources.

Takes effect on July 1, 3000 (note: effective date appears to contain a typographical error).
