Requires governmental bodies of the executive branch of the State to develop and maintain a publicly accessible online project management platform by July 1, 2025.

Platform must allow the public to view and search capital improvement projects that have been completed within the past five years and projects currently in progress.

Platform must display project information including project status, description, awarded vendors, allocated and expended funds, and project location.

Establishes the requirement to promote government transparency and allow citizens to review and provide feedback on capital improvement projects through public engagement.

Effective date: July 1, 3000 (note: appears to contain a clerical error in the effective date provision).
