Authorizes counties to require approval prior to creation of condominium property regimes for projects in agricultural districts that are greater than ten acres, with approval standards to be adopted by each county.

Requires proof of county approval to be attached to the condominium declaration for agricultural district projects exceeding ten acres.

Mandates that condominium maps in agricultural districts be accompanied by a letter from a county official or agency certifying compliance with that county's zoning laws under section 514B-5.

Takes effect on June 30, 3000.
