Establishes a task force within the Department of Transportation to study statewide accessibility of ignition interlock devices and national best practices, including geographic reach and feasibility of allowing multiple vendors.

Task force composition includes the Attorney General (as chair), Director of Transportation, Director of Health, one representative from each county, and two representatives from the ignition interlock system industry.

Task force members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for necessary expenses including travel.

Task force must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 regular legislative session convenes.

Act takes effect upon approval.
