Amends Act 157, Session Laws of Hawaii 2023 to restructure the Criminal Justice Data Sharing Working Group by expanding its membership and responsibilities to eliminate overlap with other commissions.

Adds eight new members to the working group: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hawaii, Dean of the College of Social Sciences at University of Hawaii at Manoa, Dean of the John A. Burns School of Medicine, and removes the Director of Public Safety position.

Expands the working group's duties to include identifying relevant data to reduce gun violence and violent crimes, identifying data gaps, maximizing data sharing among agencies on these issues, and coordinating research on gun violence and violent crimes.

Repeals Chapter 134C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, which established the Gun Violence and Violent Crimes Commission, consolidating its functions into the expanded Criminal Justice Data Sharing Working Group.

Sets the working group's termination date for July 1, 2029, and requires a final report to the legislature by twenty days before the 2026 regular session convening, with a repository start date of July 1, 2028.
