Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-7(b) to require the Office of the Lieutenant Governor or appropriate county clerk's office to "ensure access to" paper or electronic copies of all meeting notices instead of "timely posting" them in a central location in a public building.

Removes the requirement that meeting notices be posted in a central location in a public building.

Maintains existing requirements for boards to post notices on electronic calendars on state or county websites, post notices in the board's office, post at meeting sites when feasible, and file copies with the lieutenant governor or county clerk at least six calendar days before meetings.

Specifies that failure by the board, lieutenant governor's office, or county clerk's office to post notices does not require cancellation of the meeting.

Takes effect upon approval.
