Establishes a working group to study the feasibility and effects of Hawaii adopting the Recognition of Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact.

Working group shall examine the beneficial impact of the compact, its implementation and administration, and the economic feasibility of adoption.

Working group composed of representatives from the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (chair), U.S. Department of Defense-State Liaison Office, one Senate member, one House member, two members of the public, and one member of the Council of State Groups.

Requires the working group to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2024 regular session convenes.

Members serve without compensation; act takes effect December 31, 2050.
