Establishes a working group to study the feasibility and effects of Hawaii adopting the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Compact.

Working group shall examine the beneficial impact of the compact, its implementation and administration, and its economic feasibility.

Working group composition includes one member from the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (chair), one from the U.S. Department of Defense-State Liaison Office, one senator, one representative, two public members, and one member from the Council of State Groups.

Working group shall submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2024 regular legislative session convenes.

Act takes effect on December 31, 2050; working group members serve without compensation.
