Requires each student in Hawaii public schools to complete two credits of Hawaiian language instruction as a graduation requirement beginning with high school diplomas awarded at the conclusion of the 2027-2028 school year.

Establishes the requirement by amending Chapter 302A, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to add a new section mandating Hawaiian language coursework for high school graduation.

Takes effect upon approval by the governor.
