Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 486-120.5 to clarify labeling requirements for macadamia nut consumer packages

Requires labels claiming partial Hawaii origin to display the percentage by weight of Hawaii-grown macadamia nuts and list countries of origin for non-Hawaii portions

Expands violations to include misrepresentation of macadamia nut origin through company names or state imagery, in addition to existing label violations

Establishes a private right of action allowing injured persons to bring civil lawsuits for damages resulting from labeling violations

Includes a severability clause providing that if any provision conflicts with federal law, the federal law prevails and the conflicting provision becomes ineffective
