Require the Department of Agriculture to use consistent units of measurement when reporting public summaries of restricted use pesticide quantities by county.

Establish a one-half mile buffer zone around schools and state or county public parks where restricted use pesticides cannot be applied, effective January 1, 2025, replacing the previous 100-foot buffer zone.

Exempt whole structure fumigation from the new buffer zone requirements.

Apply the more restrictive provision if the buffer zone requirement conflicts with pesticide label application information.
