Requires restricted use pesticide users to submit quarterly reports instead of annual reports to the Department of Agriculture, with reports due within 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter.

Amends reporting requirements to include detailed geospatial data and information up to one square mile, pounds of active ingredient applied, and percentage of active ingredient in pesticides used.

Mandates the Department of Agriculture to develop an online reporting tool for restricted use pesticide reporting.

Requires the department to produce public summary reports by county that include geospatial data and information up to one square mile where pesticide applications occurred.

Takes effect July 1, 2040.
