Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to create and annually update a wildfire hazard map identifying high-risk, medium-risk, and low-risk wildfire areas in each county.

Mandates private and public property owners in high- and medium-risk fire areas to trim grasses within 25 feet of adjacent public rights of way and within 10 feet of utility lines crossing their property during specified months.

Authorizes electric utility companies to trim or remove hazardous vegetation on private or public property in high- and medium-risk areas after providing notice and a 30-day cure period, with costs charged to property owners.

Allows utility companies to enter property with 48 hours' notice and immediately remove hazardous vegetation if it poses imminent wildfire risk, requiring notification to property owners within two days.

Imposes $1,000 fines for property owners who fail to abate violations within 30 days of notice, with each additional day constituting a separate offense; takes effect July 1, 2050.
