Requires sellers of residential real property in Hawaii to disclose any little fire ant (Wasmannia auropunctata) infestations in the property disclosure statement provided to buyers.

Sellers must also disclose the date of any prior treatment for little fire ant infestation and identify who provided the treatment.

Ambiguities regarding whether a property has had a little fire ant infestation shall be construed in favor of the seller, provided a good faith effort was made to determine applicability.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 508D-15 to add little fire ant disclosure requirements to existing residential real property disclosure obligations.

Takes effect July 1, 3000.
