Requires the Hawaii Department of Education to provide and disseminate information on its bullying procedures to students, parents, principals, teachers, staff, and the general public.

Mandates that principals, teachers, and staff disseminate the department's bullying procedures to students through various forms, including posting the information in prominent places at schools and school functions.

Defines "bullying procedures" as procedures to identify, report, and respond to bullying, and to provide comfort and safety to victims, excluding medical treatment for mental health conditions resulting from bullying.

Takes effect on July 1, 2024.
