Adds a new section to Chapter 508D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, requiring disclosure of the inability of the United States Postal Service to deliver mail or packages to residential real property as a material fact in disclosure statements.

Amends the definition of "disclosure statement" in Section 508D-1 to include the new postal service delivery requirement alongside existing disclosure requirements under sections 508D-4.5 and 508D-15.

Applies to sellers or their agents in residential real property transactions who must disclose postal service delivery issues to prospective buyers.

Takes effect on June 30, 3000.
