Requires all self-service gas pump dispensing equipment at retail service stations to display a warning label in English informing consumers about the health and environmental impacts of fossil fuel consumption.

The warning label must state that burning gasoline, diesel, and ethanol has major consequences on human health and the environment, including contribution to climate change.

The text, images, or graphics of the warning label must be subject to approval by the Public Utilities Commission.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
