Requires the state auditor to conduct an assessment of the social and financial impacts of mandating health insurance coverage for care provided by participating registered pharmacists practicing within their scope of license.

Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2023-2024 to conduct the impact study (specific amount left blank in the bill text).
