Appropriates funds to create two full-time equivalent (2.0 FTE) positions within the office of the governor, with one position requiring fluency in Hawaiian language.

Appropriation covers procurement and maintenance of audio systems for self-guided tours and production of tour materials and signage in English and non-English languages for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.
